About Holly

Holly is a top-tier real estate agent who sets the standard for industry excellence. Since making a career change to real estate in 2015, she quickly climbed up to be a top performing agent, selling over 300M+ across the South Bay of Los Angeles. Her previous executive career in product development and design has proven to be instrumental to her real estate career in the financial analysis of the market as well as the creative presentation in listing homes for sale.  

For the last seven years, she has been recognized as being in the top 1.5% of realtors nationwide according to REALtrends survey and also has been named in L.A, Magazine’s Real Estate All Stars. 

Holly holds a B.S. from Loyola University of Chicago, and an A.A. from the International Design and Technology Academy.

In her leisure time, Holly enjoys taking nature walks throughout Palos Verdes and spending time with her family.

After having relocated from New York in 2011, Holly and her family purchased their first home in Los Angeles in ThreeSixty South Bay in 2013.  Since then, Holly has risen to be the top performing agent specializing in the community and across the South Bay of LA. 

Over the last 10 years, Holly has sold over 200 homes in ThreeSixty South Bay - selling the most homes in the community than any other agent or team and for being the top 360 Listing Agent by the greatest majority of listing annually, and, by sales volume.  In addition, she is the only agent who holds the record for the highest number of record sales by floor plan. 

Her knowledge is her edge.  Having a deep understanding of the market, community, floor plans and how to present a home at market to earn top dollar is where she excels.

Giving back is a cornerstone of her values, having contributed to the community by founding the ThreeSixty Parents Group in 2015 and sitting on the Social Committee to help produce a roster of annual events.  Both the successful sales history of her listings as well as the fabric she has contributed to the community make ThreeSixty South Bay an incredibly desirable place to live!
